Location near Times Square is unbeatable. Slow elevators can be frustrating during busy hours. The food court has great dining options.

During our recent stay in the city for a quick transit stop, we found the hotel's location to be the standout feature. Situated just a stone's throw away from Times Square, we enjoyed easy access to shopping, dining, and attractions. The friendly security staff and clean bathroom were also highlights of our stay. However, the long wait times for check-in and elevators, as well as some cleanliness issues in the rooms, were drawbacks that affected our overall experience.

The hotel is big size and fairly clean with a good restaurant, I had a wonderful stay.

The Row hotel has a tired look with noisy rooms and slow lifts, but the lobby is lovely. Front desk didn't handle early check-in well. However, the location is fantastic, near Times Square. Housekeeping kept the room clean.

The staff is kind, the breakfast delicious, the ocation is favourable right by Subway as well as famous restaurants.

staying at row times district made travelling around easy, being close to the subway. checking in online for own keys was convenient for quick access. located centrally to broadway and times square, within walking distance to many attractions.

The prime location of this hotel rocks - got everything right outside the door from metro to munchies! Rooms might need some TLC, but hey, it's all good if you just need a crash pad. Rooftop bar and gym hit the spot for some chill time. The slow elevators could use a tune-up, but overall, had a rad time at the hotel. 🌆

The venue is fairly clean and big size, views are magnificent, the location is fantastic short walk to restaurants, the 8th Avenue.

Hotel is funky, with awesome breakfast, and location is excellent not far from Subway and New York.

Bathroom not at all top everything and butcher and I found that for this price there the sanitary was dirty the cleaning was done very quickly by the cleaning lady.

Staying at Row Nyc At Times Square was a fantastic experience. the location was ideal for exploring Broadway theatres and dining options. the modern Ikea-style rooms were bright and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel safe and welcome throughout our visit. the quick elevator system and convenient luggage storage made our travel hassle-free.

The hotel is modern ; has good location and staff. It is nestled in a very very nice area short walk to Times Square, restaurants, the Broadway Theatres. A wide array of food options next to the venue.

Very little information at our arrival at the reception concerning the access to the room, the organization of the breakfasts... Small breakfasts and few choices. Keyboards for internet access, erased letters.

The position is perfect for a first stay in the city, close to all the tourist attractions.

Just came back from an NYC hotel near Times Square. LOVED the bar area, but room smelled like smoke and was tiny. Might not choose it again. Photos looked better.

Hotel very well located, clean, very nice and friendly staff... For the evenings of tiredness, possibility to dine in the hotel, several types of cooking proposed.

However room a little small for 3, sound insulation not exceptional (street / air conditioning / neighboring rooms). And very negative thing, we had booked breakfast included, 3 mornings in a row there was nothing left because according to the waiter too many customers / inconceivable in a hotel of this level.

Very poorly soundproofed room and noisy air conditioning ... It is also a bit of a factory hotel with a young but not always well educated international clientele. A lot of movement, agitation induced by tourist groups. Continuous coming and going from morning to evening with all kinds of provisions brought back to the rooms and responsible for kitchen odour in the corridors and elevators... The black point concerns precisely the elevators, equipped with a very painful electronic system which imposes you a cabin on the whole of the available battery, often responsible for long minutes of waiting, congestion, overload, unavailability and breakdown requiring to use sometimes the elevators of service .... This is probably very good for a young clientele, much less for me. I have been used to these trips to New York for 10 years, so I won't repeat the experience despite the friendly and professional staff.

Popped by a charming café in the lobby for some breakfast and cozied up with a pizza later on—yes, same spot. The security measures were no joke, felt like a celeb 24/7. Managed to snag a loyalty perk too—now, that's a win! The in-house beauty stop was a lifesaver before hitting the streets. Sweet digs, sweet pastries, sweet stay.

Just got back from a stay in the heart of Times Square. the location was INCREDIBLE, right next to theaters and a hop-on tour bus stop. Would stay again! the room was cozy but had everything I needed. the only downside was the small breakfast selection – better to eat out instead.

The spot is pure gold - so much stuff going on right next door, mad food options, subway all around. The walls here, man, top-notch soundproof vibes, no noise from other folks. Security crew on point, keepin' the lobby tight, only peeps with card gettin' thru.
